REGENT CLEANING and OUR ENVIRONMENT

At Regent Cleaning, we believe that everybody has a responsibility to minimise the impact of their activities on the environment.

That's why we have developed an Environmental Management System to assist in achieving this goal.

Our Environmental Management System is accredited to British Standard BS8555 (phases 1-5) and we are currently working towards the International Standard of ISO14001.


Our commitment includes:

• Promoting and assisting with recycling programmes at our own offices and on our customers' premises

• Encouraging our staff to save energy through switching off lights and equipment when not in use

• Using environmentally friendly products, such as Soludoz and Solucaps, which have the benefits of minimum packaging and less transportation costs, as well as being bio degradable and non toxic

• Encouraging our company vehicle drivers to plan journeys to minimise the amount of travelling between contracts and offices

• Encouraging all of our work force to come up with ideas of improving our EMS

• Continually reviewing our EMS to ensure we are achieving our objectives and targets.
